There is only one word to describe our weekend: re-lax-ing. We were both away last week (Ben to Haiti, me to South Carolina), and didn’t get home from our flights until the middle of the night on Friday. And we spent mostly all of the weekend sleeping and eating…it was marvelous! I had a great time in South Carolina (the last one before the baby!), but it was so.so.so good to come home to my man again.

I will be adding that Thai Chicken to my to-make list. I've been wanting to experiment with more Asian style cooking. I'm curious, where did you get that chair? I've been looking for a nice chair to go with my desk.

Asian is one of the best cuisines, in my opinion! All the ginger + garlic + spices make the kitchen smell so alive when you're cooking. 🙂
